Adam Michael Weis, 33, of Reading PA, shuffled off this mortal coil on Saturday evening of October 15, 2022. In keeping with much of his life, Adam’s exit from this world was accidental and took everyone by surprise.
He was a proud father, lover of science, talented musician and artist, and one witty son-of-a-bitch. His daughter Olive would describe him as a “real dingus” who always made her laugh, while his friends & family would describe him as creative and crafty to a fault. He was known to have a crass sense of humor and was positively a pusher of boundaries. He rarely thought of others, and would find it hilarious that we’re all sitting here trying to summarize his complicated personality.
A 2007 graduate of Exeter Township HS, Adam is survived by his daughter Olive Weis (9); parents Michael Weis & Lynn Weis (née Griesemer); siblings Alexandra, Kiefer, and Benjamin Weis; paternal grandparents Gerhard Weis and Ingrid Weis and maternal grandmother Susan Griesemer; many more beloved family members; and was predeceased by maternal grandfather David Griesemer.
In lieu of flowers, people who will miss Adam may make donations in his memory to fountainhouse.org or a local mental health charity of their choice.
“Embrace this moment: remember we are eternal, all this pain is an illusion.” -Maynard James Keenan
