Anna Mae Haas

Anna Mae Haas, 78, of Exeter Township, passed away on June 13, 2023 in Reading Hospital. 

Born May 4, 1945, in Reading, she was the daughter of Jack and Katie (Wenrich) Johnston. Anna was one of seven children and grew up with her siblings: Viola, George, Warren, Isaac, Terry, and Mary.

Anna was a hard-working lady that spent over 30 years working at Ludens/The Hershey Company in Reading. 

In her retirement, she spent all her free time watching and visiting her grandkids. She also enjoyed going for walks, reading the newspaper, building puzzles, spending time with her sister, and talking to friends. 

Surviving are her children: Barry Haas, Jr. and Tom Haas. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Devan, Makenna, Savannah, Gabriel, Dawson, and Colton. 

Her presence will be sorely missed by everyone that knew her.
