Arthur L Harner 80 yrs old 4/11/1940- May 13, 2020. Surviving is his wife Anna Mae Harner, daughter Lou Ann Reifsnyder and her companion Andrew J Heydt, also surviving his granddaughter Ashley Lengel wife of Matthew Lengel, grandson Cory Reifsnyder husband of Crystal Reifsnyder, and his great grandchildren whom he loved with his whole heart Karli Lengel Jayce Lengel, Hayden Reifsnyder, Maci Reifsnyder and Lucas Reifsnyder. A Memorial Setvice will be held at a later date.
