Deborah C. Giustiniani, 68, died January 18, 2026 in her Ruscombmanor Township residence.
She was the wife of James Bayout, with whom she shared 22 years of marriage.
Born September 13, 1957, in Bronx, NY, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Carol (Crowley) Giustiniani.
Deborah was employed as a registered nurse, working in home healthcare for 30 years.
She served in the Air Force for 26 years and retired as a master sergeant. She was in the first Iraqi war and served her country proudly as a flight nurse.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, is her son, Alex Kunitsky of Temple; her stepchildren, Lee Bayout of Boyertown, Marc Bayout of Berks County and Vanessa Gafford, Schuykill County.
Also surviving are her siblings Joseph Giustiniani of Texas, George Giustiniani of Michigan, Craig Giustiniani of Georgia and Jeffery Giustiniani of West Virginia. She’s also survived by her stepmother Kay Larson of Middletown, New York.
Deborah was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Kunitsky, and by her stepson, Matthew Bayout.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
