Donald Crawford, Sr. Obituary

Donald L. Crawford Sr. passed away after a brief illness on April 4th 2022.

Born July 23rd 1943 in Coatsville Pa., he was the son of the late Wilbert Crawford and Josephine McKee Crawford Dombreck and stepfather William Dombreck. He was married to Linda Leisky Crawford, who is deceased.

He is survived by his son Donald L. Crawford Jr., married to Lisa Crawford of Morgantown; daughter Virginia Crawford Formica, married to Joseph Formica of Denver; two daughters, deceased Susan R. Crawford and Joan Crawford. He has nine grandchildren and two great grandsons . Also surviving is one brother, Chuck Crawford and sister, Dixie Lee Crawford Bradford, both of Washington Pa.

After his stepfather Wilbert passed at the age of 16, he joined the Navy to help support his family. He retired from S W race cars. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan - actually all Pittsburgh teams! He was a collector of many things and loved to go to sales. He also loved to fish and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing.

Burial will be private. A memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 30th from 2pm-6pm at The American Legion in Honeybrook, Pa. All are welcome to join us.
