Elwin Alan Yerger
Elwin Alan Yerger, 74, passed away quietly in his sleep February 14, 2021 due to congestive heart failure. Even though he is no longer with us, it was his kind, caring and loving heart that
left a beacon of light and a smile on the face for all who knew him. He had a smile for everyone.
Elwin worked 33 years at the Kimberton Waldorf School, Kimberton, PA., as maintenance and custodial staff, always making sure the school was ready for the staff and students. He took
great pride in his work making sure everything was nice and neat, sparking clean. He also worked at Saint Gabriel’s Hall, Norristown, PA as a night guard.
Elwin was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved being out in the woods getting ready for the next big buck. He also loved playing darts for the St. Matthew B team for many years.
Elwin was preceded in death by his father, John Warren Yerger, his mother, Elizabeth Esther (Miller) Yerger, sister, Elizabeth Agnes (Yerger) Ewing, brother, Robert C. Yerger, brother James
Yerger and brother John W. Yerger, Jr.
