Jared S. Rothenberger

Jared Scott Rothenberger, 34, died May 5, 2021, in his Muhlenberg Township residence,

surrounded by his loving family.

He was the husband of Kristy Nicole (Frost) Rothenberger, with whom he shared 5 years of marriage.

Born, February 4, 1987, in Reading, he was a son of Jeffrey S. Rothenberger, husband of Elsa of

Laureldale, and Donna M. (Burkhart) Rothenberger, wife of William Eltz of Easton.

Jared was a 2005 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. He played on the Muhlenberg

football team, #99.

He was employed by Muhlenberg Township in their maintenance department for 10 years.

Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are his two daughters: Madison Nicole

Rothenberger, age 9, and Kaitlin Marie Rothenberger, age 6; his stepson, Cameron Jordan

Pennypacker; age 14, and his brother, Jason J., husband of Kristen Rothenberger of Blandon.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 12 p.m. at the Temple Fire

Company Social Quarters, 4963 Kutztown Road, Temple.
