Jeanne Sheperd Malafronte

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Jeanne Sheperd Malafronte, 89 of Oley, Pennsylvania.  Jeanne will always be remembered for her exuberant love for the Lord, life and her family.  She was born in New Rochelle, NY on October 1, 1935.  She was received into Heaven on December 4, 2024.

Jeanne looked upon every day as a new adventure. She was larger than life. To know Jeanne was to have an encounter with the most unique, energetic, and generous person.   Her commitment to her Lord and Savior never wavered.  Jeanne lived by two credos: “I want what God wants” and “The just shall live by faith.”

Jeanne is survived by 4 of her 5 daughters, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 nieces, 4 nephews and their spouses.

A celebration of life will be held on January 19, 2025, at 11 am at Stitzel Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 3300 Kutztown Road, Temple, PA 19605. 

In lieu of flowers, Jeanne would love it if we would take a moment out of our busy day to give THANKS and GLORY to the Lord for his great love and goodness.
