August 20, 1945 – December 23, 2024

age 79, of Mertztown, PA, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024, in her daughter’s home in Bernville surrounded by the constant love of her family. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Raid Conrad.

Leona was predeceased by her son, Bruce Conrad, and siblings: Jean Rohrbach, Leon Weil Jr., Larry Weil, Nevin Weil, and Jimmy Weil. 

She was the devoted mother of surviving children Christine Spencer of Hamburg, Brian Conrad of Mertztown, and Lisa Ecker, wife of Patrick Ecker, of Bernville. 

Leona was a proud grandmother to Ryan Conrad, Derrick Spencer, husband of Kayla Spencer, Amber Wink, wife of Shawn Wink, Riley Ecker, Mckenna Ecker, and Wyatt Lessig, as well as a great-grandmother to Elyana and Hazyl Wink.

Leona is survived by her loving siblings: Joan Moyer, Joyce Rush, and Donald Weil.

Leona was known for her kindness, strength, and the unwavering love she gave to her family. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and surviving siblings.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. Please keep Leona’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
