Linda G. (Jacobs) Simmons, 65, died Tuesday, August 23, 2023 in her Dushore residence.
Born April 27, 1958, in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late John and Frances (Stauffer) Jacobs.
She was employed as a certified nursing assistant at Tel Hai Nrsing Home, Honey Brooke.
Linda was a member of the American Legion, Dushore.
She enjoyed crafts and collecting collectables. She also enjoyed animals, especially her cat, Annie.
Linda was a loving and giving person with her family and friends. She enjoyed visiting and traveling with her family.
Surviving is her son, Thomas Jacobs, husband of Dejantelle of Spring City; her daughter, Kelly (Simmons), wife of Jacob Buchanan of Elverson; her grandson, Liam Buchanan; her two brothers, David Jacobs, husband of Shelley of Georgia, and John Jacobs, husband of Diana of Virginia; her two sisters, Barbara (Jacobs), wife of George Lang of Dushore, and Geraldine Jacobs of Ohio; and her companion, David Daigle of Dushore.
A private celebration of Linda's life will be held at a future date.
Cremation Society of Berks County, Inc., is in charge of arrangements.
