Neil Eddy, 49 passed away on May 20th in Pottstown, PA. He is survived by his mother and father Julle and Lee Peltier and daughters Megan Eddy, Elisa Eddy, and son in law James Dugan. Neil enjoyed laughing and spending time with his family friends. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and Philadelphia sport games . There will be a celebration of life lunch that is private and hosted by the family on June 5th at noon. No service will be held. Memorial donations may be made in honor of Neil to “Easy Does It”, Leesport, Pa
