Patricia Ann (Fazio) Clauser

Patricia Ann (Fazio) Clauser, age 75, of Boyertown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025, at Reading Hospital. She was the beloved wife of David Clauser of Boyertown, PA.

Born on January 22, 1950, Patricia was the daughter of the late Charles Fazio and Eleanor (Cypranowski) Fazio of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. She was a graduate of St. Pius X High School in Pottstown, PA.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Christa Alexander of Mansfield, Pennsylvania, and April Royer, wife of Kris Royer of Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania. She was a devoted grandmother to five grandchildren: Sarah Royer, Madison Royer, Abby Royer, Dawson Alexander, and Dalton Alexander, and a cherished great-grandmother to three great-grandsons, Grayson, Carson, and Paxton.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 11:00 a.m. on December 29, 2025, at Harvest Fellowship Church, 584 Colebrookdale Road, Boyertown, PA 19512. A luncheon will follow the service at the church.
