Paul Enoch Obituary

Paul W. Enoch, 90, of Exeter Twp., passed away at home on October 12, 2021. He was the husband of Wanda L. (Miller) Enoch for 63 years, married on September 20, 1958. Born in Oley, PA, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Mabel (Diliplane) Enoch. Paul graduated from Mt. Penn High School and was a member of St. Paul’s E.C. church in Reading. He worked many years as a production scheduler for Tenneco, American Color and Chemical, and Ciba-Geigy in Reading, as well as Peerless Foundry in Boyertown. In “retirement” Paul worked part time for 20 years at the Mount Penn and Spring Township McDonald’s locations. He enjoyed good music and was a talented self-taught piano player. He was an avid reader and also enjoyed baking a variety of treats for the enjoyment of his family. He was a generous man often quoting “whatever I have, you’re welcome to it”. Paul adored his dogs and was fondly known throughout Pennside and Mt. Penn as “the man that walks the dog” as he spent many hours doing just that. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather he enjoyed spending time with his family and vacationing at the Jersey shore. In addition to wife Wanda, Paul is survived by his children, Matthew S. and wife Donna, and Anita M., wife of Todd Hess. He is also survived by his grandchildren, John W. (wife Brittany) and Julie M. Stout, and Ryan C. Enoch, and great grandchildren Acasia Jaeger, and Braydon, Lydia and Oliver Stout, and numerous nieces and nephews. Also, surviving is Paul’s sister Mary Eleanor Delong, Wernersville. Paul is predeceased by siblings Aaron (Fred) F., Charles (Bob) R., and Sara E. (Breitegam). A private burial will be scheduled at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Animal Rescue League of Berks County at 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 or www.berksarl.org. For online condolences, visit www.berkscremations.com
