Peter J. Raber Jr.

Peter J. Raber Jr., 61 of Reading, PA passed away on September 3 in the home of his sister surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his father Peter J. Raber Sr.  He is survived by his son Justin Farrell Reading PA, his mother Audrey M. Raber Douglassville PA, brother Steven of Douglassville, sister Donna Raber Baer, wife of Michael Baer Birdsboro PA, and brother John, husband of Christine, Schwenksville PA. Peter was adored by his nieces and nephew, Sarah and Luke Groth and Olivia Raber. He was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School class of 1977, Birdsboro PA. He was employed by Beacon Container Birdsboro PA for 37 years. Peter was well known and highly successful with his dog handling and breeding career within the American Kennel Club and the Great Dane Club of America. His zest for life was evident through his gardening techniques, artwork, tattoos, and love of music, nature, and animals. His charismatic personality, his soulful eyes, and his passion for living will be missed. We were blessed to have Peter in our lives.
