Richard Charles Butler passed away on February 23,2023 peacefully at Reading hospital. born and raised in Brooklyn NY, he moved to PA in 2008 with his family, He was in the Air force and worked many years as a civil engineer, he enjoyed reading, fishing, was a history buff and loved telling jokes. He is survived by his daughter Denise, her husband Darren, grandchildren Madison, and Maxx and family members Angela and Darcy.
