Richard L. Kriner

Richard L.Kriner, 56 of Reading went home to be with the Lord April 26, 2022 at Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital , where he had been a patient since April 21. He fought a courageous battle with cancer but developed complications.

He was preceded in death by father, Gerald L. Kriner and mother,Harvene J. Quinter (Schlappich) and sister Angela Jean. Beloved brother of Andora Hazelwood (Kriner) of Rineyville, Kentucky and Valarie Kriner of New Stanton, Pa. Uncle to 5 nephews and loving friend to many. He is also survived by his significant other, Barbara B, with whom he resided with for 26 years.

Over the years, he has been an avid collector of eagles. He also loved playing pool and darts, in which he has played in many leagues throughout his life. He is and will always be remembered for his loving and kind heart and the gift of always making anyone smile with his unique style of silliness.
