Robert (Bob) Hoffman, 73, of Reading, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022 peacefully in his home surrounded by family.
Bob is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 3 siblings, 5 grandchildren and son-in-law. He was the son of Franklin Reber Hoffman and Margaret Elizabeth (Roshong) Hoffman. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister Barbara.
As a kid, Bob enjoyed football and track and field. He had fond memories of running. As an adult, he loved nothing more than to watch his daughter Natalya compete.
Bob was a generous man, giving to many charities. He loved animals, nature, long car rides and discovering new restaurants to frequent. Bob was also quite the “Deadhead” having followed the Grateful Dead for many years, and enjoying a final Dead & Company show in 2021 with his daughter Natalya and son-in-law Patrick.
Bob will be missed deeply, and will be remembered as a loyal man and an incredible father.
At Bob’s request, there will be no services.
