Robert James Urquhart

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Urquhart who left us on May 2,
2026 at the age of 44.

Rob was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle, and friend whose love for music touched every
part of his life. Whether he was performing, writing songs, playing for family and friends, or
simply listening to his favorite bands, music was the language through which he connected with
the world. It allowed him to share a piece of himself with everyone around him.

Born on June 15, 1981 in Livingston NJ, Rob was known for his kind heart, quick humor and
strength. Family and friends will remember his fierce love for his sons, his light hearted sense
of humor, his band and stories and the way he could brighten a room simply by being in it.
Rob is survived by his sons Axl and Dylan, his parents Jim and Cindy, his sisters Amy and
Alyson and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, James, Gianna, Ella, Riley and Sofia. All will
forever cherish the love and memories shared with him.

A celebration of Rob’s life will be held on May 13, 2026 at 11:00 am at Connection Church, 755 S. Keim St., Pottstown Pa.
In honor of his passion for music, guests are asked to wear jeans and t-shirt inspired by their favorite band
or artist. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor his memory, share stories,
and celebrate the life of a man who gave so much love to those around him.

Though he is gone too soon and our hearts are heavy, his music, his laughter, and the love he
shared will forever remain in our hearts.
