Robert “Bob” Gerald Lafferty, 80, passed away at his home on October 17, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Bob was born, August 24, 1941. He was the son of the late Leon and Alma (Mohr) Lafferty. Bob was the spouse of Mary Ellen (James) Lafferty and was a caring brother to one sister and six brothers. He was a loving father to son, Robert “Bobby” Lafferty and daughter, Robin Lafferty. Pop-Pop, as he was affectionately known, is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Prior to retirement, Bob worked for many years at Birdsboro Steel. Bob was a jack of all trades and in his free time, he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, birdwatching, and woodworking. He also enjoyed time with his grandchildren, spoiling every cat he met, and relaxing with his beloved dog, Babe. Bob will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
