It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rochelle Gibson, who departed this life on June 3, 2026, at the age of 47.
Rochelle was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, family member, and friend whose kindness touched the lives of many. She was known for her big heart and her willingness to help anyone in need, often putting others before herself. Her warmth, generosity, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Rochelle was a proud student of Franklin High School. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life and cherished every moment spent with her family. Some of her favorite hobbies included bowling, coloring, playing hacky sack, and enjoying a game of cornhole. She loved camping adventures, gathering with family and friends, and indulging her sweet tooth whenever she had the chance. Rochelle was also known for her love of teal and purple, her collection of shoes, and her favorite pair of Vans.
Above all else, Rochelle loved her family. She leaves behind her beloved children: Tara, Andrew, Anthony, and Isabella. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Skylar, Bryson, and Sylvia, who brought immense joy to her life.
Rochelle is also survived by her loving mother, Mary George; her father, Robert Gibson; her stepfather, Joe George; and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.
Also surviving Rochelle is her sister, Kaitlyn, Rachel wife of Jack Hetu, and her two step-siblings, Brandy and Joey, and son in law, Bryce, husband of Tara.
Rochelle was predeceased by her brother, Greg.
Though Rochelle’s time with us was far too short, her love, compassion, and the countless lives she touched will remain in our hearts forever.
