Ronald D. Weller, 80, of Boyertown, passed away on November 25, 2021 at Pottstown Hospital. He was the loving husband of Sharon Ruth (Dalling) Weller, for 37 years.
Born on April 8, 1941 in Boyertown, he was the son of Lawrence Fritz Weller and Mildred Bertha (Dotterer) Weller.
Ronald was a 1959 graduate of Boyertown Area High School, where he played baseball and football. After graduating, he proudly served our country by joining the United States Army in 1964. Upon his honorable discharge, Ronald received the Sharp-Shooter-Rifle and Good Conduct Medal decorations. Following his active duty, he worked as a corrections officer at Graterford Prison.
Ronald celebrated his Christian faith as a member of Bible Truth Assembly.
He is survived by his children: Ronald Weller, husband of Rupinder; Dawn Ciaciak, wife of Keith; April Bieleski, wife of John; and his adopted daughter, Beth Ogg, wife of Christopher. Ronald is also survived by his grandchildren: Karissa, Courtney, Tristan, Kraig, Tyler and Jade, as well as his adopted grandchildren: Dominic and Brett. In addition, he is survived by his great granddaughter, Danielle.
Ronald also leaves behind his siblings: Virginia, wife of the late Warren Mutter; Lawrence Weller, Jr., husband of Mary; Robert Weller, husband of Bonnie; and Barbara Rothenberger, wife of Greg.
In addition, Ronald was predeceased by his brother, Robert Weller.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
