Ronald E Zeiber

Ronald E. Zeiber, of Auburn, Schuylkill County passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025
at the Reading Hospital. He was 81 years old. Born in Reading, August 2, 1943, he was
a son of the late Leroy H and Sarah E. Zeiber (Bates). He graduated from Reading High
School, class of 1961 and was active in Baseball, Basketball, and Football. He is also a
member of the Reading High School Hall of Fame. Ronald retired from Hershey Co.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Elaine B. Zeiber (Zeigenfuss)
and 4 children. Lynn, Wife of James Howell, Maryland; Ronald S., husband of Laurie,
Exeter Township; Kyle C., husband of Lisa, Reinholds; and Kenneth A., Auburn and 14
Grandchildren.

Ronald was a great father who was there for his children, grandchildren, and
great grandchildren. He worked very hard throughout his life to take care of his family.
He taught his family to be good, kind people and was always willing to help others when
they were in need. We will miss him and the sense of humor he shared with all.

There will be no service or burial. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, those
who wish, can donate to either The Olivet Boys and Girls Club (Clinton Street,
Reading) (Donation Link) or the Hillside SPCA (Donation Link) in the name of Ronald
E. Zeiber.
