Vicki L (Spayd) Ullmann

With profound love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Vicki L. Ullmann (Spayd), 67,
a devoted wife, mother, and sister, who passed away on June 28, 2026, surrounded by her loving
family. She was the beloved wife of William J. Ullmann. Born in Reading, PA, she was the
daughter of the late Laurence D. Spayd and Marjorie O. Garman (Ochs).
Vicki is a graduate of Reading High School. She spent over three decades in the insurance
industry, retiring in 2019. She was the embodiment of selflessness. She had a remarkable way of
making people feel loved. She listened without judgment, gave without hesitation, and always
put others' needs before her own. She made those around her feel valued and cared for. Her love
was expressed in countless everyday acts of compassion that defined her life.
To her children and grandchildren, she was a constant source of strength, encouragement, and
unconditional love. Her family was the center of her world, and the memories they shared will
remain a lasting gift.
Vicki is survived by her daughters, Maria L. Azzarello, wife of Danielle M. Ninfo, of Reading,
and Jessica M. Azzarello of Reading; her grandchildren, Landin E. Underwood, Gabriel
Underwood, and Mia V. Underwood; her stepchildren, Angela Ullmann and Kelly Cheveallier;
her step-grandchildren, Ryne Grieves, Anja Grieves, Ray Waters Cheveallier, and Anjolie (Jolie)
Deegan Cheveallier, and her siblings, Laurence Spayd, Jr., Cindy Burke, David Spayd, and Lisa
Herb.

Though her absence breaks our hearts, we find comfort in the countless memories she leaves
behind and in the love she shared so generously throughout her life. She will be deeply missed,
forever loved, and never forgotten.
